Responsibilities
As a Team Member, you will be expected to:
- Greet every guest with a smile and welcoming attitude
- Create and maintain eye contact while interacting with guests
- Build positive connections with guests and provide excellent customer service
- Support and demonstrate the vision and values of the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and fellow Team Members
- Work together with the team to provide a positive guest experience
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly
- Prepare and serve products according to established quality standards
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
- Complete assigned duties accurately and efficiently
- Assist with additional restaurant responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
Applicants should:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Be able to communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Be able to stand and work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Be able to lift and carry approximately 10–55 lbs. when necessary
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent when applicable based on age
Prior restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train individuals who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
