Full-Time Team Member (Kitchen or Hospitality)
Compensation: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time (35–42 hours/week)
Availability: Daytime or Nighttime availability required (including Saturdays)

At Chick-fil-A, our Full-Time Team Members are essential to delivering both operational excellence and remarkable guest experiences. This role supports either Front of House (Hospitality) or Back of House (Kitchen) depending on strengths, performance, and business needs.

What You Will Do
Front of House (Hospitality)
- Create genuine, welcoming guest experiences through enthusiasm and care
- Take orders, deliver food, and serve guests with speed and accuracy
- Support high-volume meal periods (breakfast, lunch, or dinner)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dining environment
- Communicate clearly and positively with guests and teammates
Back of House (Kitchen)
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Operate across kitchen stations (breading, fries, boards, prep, etc.)
- Support high-volume production during peak hours
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Complete opening, transition, or closing tasks as assigned
All team members:
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A standards, procedures, safety expectations, and dress code
- Communicate effectively with leadership and teammates
- Uphold the vision, mission, and values of the restaurant
Availability & Physical Requirements
- Consistent availability during assigned shift times (daytime or nighttime)
- Ability to work 35–42 hours per week
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable lifting, bending, and working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
