Hospitality Team Member

At Chick-fil-A, a Hospitality Team Member plays a critical role in delivering remarkable guest experiences during our core business hours. This can be a full-time or part-time position designed for individuals seeking consistent schedules, meaningful work, and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.


This role is ideal for individuals who wake up in the morning seeking to make people's day and want more than just a paycheck—and who are ready to contribute reliably during the hours our business needs them most.


Shifts are available from 5:15am-11pm, Monday-Saturday. Full time applicants must be available to work either throughout lunch (until 2:30p) or available to work through dinner and closing (11pm).


Full time (35-42 hours/week) team members' compensation is $18/hour.

Part time (15-32 hours/week) team members' compensation is between $15.50-$16.50/hour.
