Compensation: $17.50 - $18.50/hour

Schedule: Full-Time (35–42 hours/week)

Availability: Daytime or Nighttime availability required (including Saturdays)

What You Will Do

• Become trained as an AHA Artisan, one of the highest leadership positions on our Kitchen team.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Operate across kitchen stations (breading, fries, boards, prep, etc.)
• Support high-volume production during peak hours
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Complete opening, transition, or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A standards, procedures, safety expectations, and dress code
• Communicate effectively with leadership and teammates
• Uphold the vision, mission, and values of the restaurant

Availability & Physical Requirements

• Consistent availability during assigned shift times
• Ability to work 35–42 hours per week
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable lifting, bending, and working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
