Hospitality Team Member - Part Time or Full Time

At Chick-fil-A, a Hospitality Team Member plays a critical role in delivering remarkable guest experiences during our core business hours. This can be a full-time or part-time position designed for individuals seeking consistent schedules, meaningful work, and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.


This role is ideal for individuals who wake up in the morning seeking to make people's day and want more than just a paycheck—and who are ready to contribute reliably during the hours our business needs them most.


Shifts are available from 5:15am-11pm, Monday-Saturday. Full time applicants must be available to work either throughout lunch (until 2:30p) or available to work through dinner and closing (11pm).


Open interviews are every first Wednesday of the month between 2-5pm at 3001 W Agua Fria Fwy. We would also invite you to traditionally apply through our application. (DEER VALLEY LOCATION ONLY)


Open interviews are every last Friday of the month between 9am-11am at 2575 W. Jomax Rd. We would also invite you to traditionally apply through our application. (NORTERRA LOCATION ONLY)


Full time (35+ hours/week) team members' compensation is $17.50/hour.

Part time (15+ & 25+ hours/week) team members' compensation is between $15.50-$16.50/hour.

What You Will Do:

  • Create genuine, welcoming guest experiences through eye contact, enthusiasm, and care
  • Take orders, deliver food, and assist guests efficiently and accurately
  • Support high-volume breakfast and lunch operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house environment
  • Communicate clearly and positively with guests and teammates
  • Honor and uphold the vision, mission, and values of the restaurant
  • Work on your feet for extended periods and multitask effectively
  • Follow Chick-fil-A standards, procedures, and dress code at all times.


Availability & Physical Requirements

  • Consistent reliability and punctuality to Show Up during Assigned Shift Times
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week 
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Comfortable lifting, bending, and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
