Kitchen Team Members are the backbone of our operation. This full-time role supports food preparation and production during our most important business hours, ensuring every guest receives safe, high-quality food—served quickly and consistently.
This role is best suited for individuals who value structure, precision, and teamwork and who take pride in doing excellent behind-the-scenes work.

Position Type:
- Full-time (35+ hours/week at $17.50-$18.50/hr)

What You Will Do for the Shift:
- Prepare, cook assemble and present food according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Operate across multiple kitchen stations
- Lead high-volume production during peak hours
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A quality standards, procedures, safety expectations, and dress code
- Communicate with leadership and teammates
- Uphold the mission, vision, and values of the restaurant

Availability & Physical Requirements
- Consistent reliability and punctuality to Show Up during Assigned Shift Times
- Ability to work 40 hours a week
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Comfortable lifting, bending, and working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
