We are a fast-paced restaurant, and Local Brews & Boozy Slushies are a key part of what we do! As a Barback, you will be responsible for helping our bartenders to replace kegs, batch and fill slushy machines, and clean/organize the bar to optimize service and ensure that all guests can receive their drinks correctly & in a timely manner.

Barback responsibilities:

• Have/learn knowledge of our draft system to replace kegs, change out beers, and clean lines when needed.
• Batch and fill Boozy Slushy machines according to Party Fowl recipes.
• Clean Boozy Slushy machines and set them to correct settings.
• Break down and set up bar according to Party Fowl and Health Department bar standards.
• Replace beer cans, bottles, liquor, and any other stock items in proper rotation.
• Correctly assess the inventory of bar items as they are used.

Barback requirements

• Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and complete tasks in a timely manner
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bartenders and other staff.
• Ability to communicate with bartenders and other staff
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to problem-solve on the fly.
• A high school diploma is preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 100-150 pounds
