Main Responsibilities:
- Keep building and property in a clean condition
- Keep equipment in clean and operational condition
- Perform misc. heavy-duty cleaning and maintenance activities
- Engage in repair activities when needed
Responsibilities:
- Clean building floors (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing)
- Empty indoor trash and keep waste bins clean
- Clean kitchen equipment
- Exterior cleaning and landscaping
- Clean exterior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Ensure building security and safety
- Basic HVAC filter and coil maintenance
- Inform managers about repair and maintenance needs
- Maintain tools and equipment
Job Requirements:
- Morning availability including weekends
- Proven working experience as a Cleaner/Janitor
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
