Key responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station and kitchen workspace
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment
- Assist with trash removal and cleaning kitchen floors, walls, and surfaces as needed
- Support kitchen team with restocking clean items and minor prep tasks if requested
- Communicate equipment or supply issues to management promptly
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and uphold Chick-fil-A’s commitment to excellence and care
Requirements:
- Must at least 18 or older
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Effective communication skills with guests and team members
- Preferably live within a 10-mile radius
