Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a talented team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure a fun, loving atmosphere for both employees and guests.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges .
- Translate Director team strategies into clear direction for team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety.
- Lead by example upholding Chick-fil-A standards.
- Help generating new ideas to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or proven experience
- 2+ years of restaurant experience preferred
- Uphold 4-core (smile, speak with a friendly tone, create eye contact, say "My pleasure")
- Availability for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Lift 20-50 lbs.
