Job Description:
Chick-fil-A North Dupont Hwy is seeking a passionate and driven Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. The Kitchen Director will be responsible for overseeing food safety, team leadership, operational excellence, and ensuring a positive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage kitchen operations to maintain Chick-fil-A’s high standards of quality and service.
- Train, develop, and mentor team members to enhance efficiency and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and reduce waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s Core Values and create a positive work culture.
- Work closely with other leaders to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or leadership experience required (Chick-fil-A experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Passion for food quality and customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
