Applicants must be able to:
- Prepare food according to Chick-fil-A recipes and procedures
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and stocked
- Work collaboratively with team members to serve guests quickly and accurately
- Operate kitchen equipment safely

Applicants will also be expected to work on their feet for extended periods. Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.

- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout scheduled shifts
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
