As a Pickleman’s in-shop employee, your primary responsibility is to ensure customers receive excellent service and a high-quality product.
You will also be responsible for:
- Greet customers, take orders, prepare food and handle payment transactions
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order
- Restock supplies, prepare food items, and perform other tasks as needed
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Be able to work quickly and efficiently
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Be able to work well in a team environment and be willing to help out in other areas of the store as needed
