As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming reception that sets the tone for their dining experience. Your excellent communication skills and pleasant demeanor will make every guest feel valued and at ease.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a friendly first impression when guests arrive, and a lasting impression as you invite departing guests back for another visit.
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times towards guests and fellow team members.
  • Ensure you are seating the most desirable tables at all times.
  • Anticipate guest transition and the timing of table turns.
  • Open the front door for guests.
  • Answer the phone for general customer service and take reservations.
  • Seat guests promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of entryways and washrooms.

  • Well-groomed and presentable.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management skills.
