Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The responsibility of our Front Counter and Drive-Thru team member is to provide the highest level of hospitality by continually going above and beyond to ensure guests have a remarkable experience.
Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak in a friendly tone, make emotional connections
- Provide Second Mile Service, ensuring it's personal, proactive and generous
- Provide genuine hospitality and a welcoming and safe environment
- Strive to build great relationships with guests
- Take orders on registers inside and in drive-thru, providing correct change to customers
- Quickly bag and deliver food with order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness in all aspects of the restaurant: dining room, play area, rest room, foyer, kitchen, parking lot, etc.
- Keep all stations stocked and clean; ensure trays are clean and available; remove trash from dining room; clean restrooms
- Other assigned duties, as all positions require teamwork and a willingness to serve others
- Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
- Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
- Adhere to the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Bohemia
- Follow Chick-fil-A uniform and appearance guidelines
- Treat all team members and guests with honor, dignity and respect

No Experience Is Necessary
