Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The responsibility of our Kitchen team member is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.
Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak in a friendly tone, make emotional connections
- Provide craveable food by making it safe and following procedures
- Ensure and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and accurately, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations: fries, breading, assembling, boards, dishes and food prep
- Maintain cleanliness in all aspects of the restaurant: dining room, play area, rest room, foyer, kitchen, parking lot, etc.
- Keep all stations stocked and clean; place trash and cardboard in outside dumpsters; maintain equipment
- Other assigned duties, as all positions require teamwork and a willingness to serve others
- Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
- Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
- Adhere to the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Bohemia
- Follow Chick-fil-A uniform and appearance guidelines
- Treat all team members and guests with honor, dignity and respect

No Experience Is Necessary
