Marketing Director

Overview

The Marketing Director contributes to the success of Chick-fil-A Bohemia by focusing on three key areas of the restaurant: Sales and Brand Growth, Customer Experience, and Community Partnerships. This role requires that the brand is represented properly both inside and outside of the restaurant. This is accomplished by executing our strategy of Winning Hearts Every Day through local store marketing and community relations.


Job Responsibilities:

Sales and Brand Growth

·     Develop and manage our social media strategy, presence, and engagement

·     Manage Spotlight and CFA One promotions (Digital Platforms)

·     Plan and execute all in-store marketing events and promotions

·     Use a multi-faceted approach to increase awareness around breakfast and catering

·     Execute strategies around Limited Time Offer campaigns to increase awareness and sales

 


Customer Experience

·     Work in operations during peak hours to assist team and build unity

·     Understand and speak into all areas of the business

·     Support and coach leadership and teams around guest experience and feedback

·     Establish goals and strategic objectives in four marketing areas: speed of service, check average, transaction count and outside sales

·     Manage CARES and own processes around guest recovery

 


Community Partnerships

·     Build and foster relationships with community partners, specifically with local schools and youth athletics

·     Respond and manage donation requests

·     Coordinate and host community care events for local partners

·     Spear-head outside events and be presence at community events
