Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute all front-of-house and back-of-house operations with a focus on hospitality and guest experience.
- Create systems for training, financial stewardship, and operational excellence.
- Develop mid-level leaders to achieve the restaurant's vision.
- Strategically schedule to maximize guest experience and profitability.
- Analyze data for continuous improvement in customer experience, sales, and profitability.

Requirements:
- 3 years of leadership and management experience.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
- Full-time availability from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
- Degree preferred, but not required.
