The Team Leader is responsible for driving the business and influencing the team across all day-parts and every position in the restaurant. They coach, correct, and communicate goals to the team while setting the standard for high-level excellence throughout the restaurant. Working collaboratively with Shift Managers and directors, they report to the Executive Director through the Senior Director of Operations to ensure the overall success of the business.

- 2+ years of food/customer service experience
- Management Experience (preferred)
- Morning and Evening Availability required
- Previous Chick-fil-A experience (preferred)
