Responsibilities
- Demonstrate core values of leadership, integrity, grit, humility, and teamwork
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and stock inventory
- Stay updated on new products and procedures
- Complete assigned training and tasks
- Serve others with excellence and stewardship
- Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador at all times
- Execute safe driving practices with a sense of urgency
- Ensure customer satisfaction during deliveries and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and staging areas
- Communicate clearly using the delivery app
- Adhere to all Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and dress code
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Positive attitude, reliable, and team-oriented
- Passion for serving and helping others
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry 10–30 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license
- Driven to excel and grow
