Responsibilities
- Demonstrate core values of leadership, integrity, grit, humility, and teamwork
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Set the tone for each shift through energy, professionalism, and clear communication
- Coach and develop team members while holding them accountable to standards
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with care and urgency
- Ensure accuracy in food quality, cleanliness, and operational procedures
- Open/close the restaurant, including cash handling and daily reconciliation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Adhere to all Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and dress code
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
