Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate our store's core values of leadership, integrity, grit, humility, and teamwork
- Providing genuine hospitality while quickly and accurately serving great food in a clean and safe environment
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
- Prioritize people and find opportunities to provide care
- Be a good steward of all that is entrusted to you and genuinely serve others
- Stock inventory and maintain cleanliness
- Stay updated on new products/procedures, complete training and tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Love serving and helping others
- Reliable and have positive attitude
- Able to lift and carry 10-30 lbs on a regular basis
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Driven to excel
