Position Overview
Team Leaders play an essential role in our restaurant's daily success. Working alongside their team, they help execute the operational plan established by Managers and Directors while ensuring our standards for food safety, quality, speed, and hospitality are consistently met.
Team Leaders are expected to lead with urgency, professionalism, accountability, and a servant's heart while helping develop the people around them.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Coach & Develop: Train, encourage, and provide constructive feedback to Team Members to help them grow and succeed.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Help maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food safety, speed of service, accuracy, cleanliness, and quality.
- Create Remarkable Experiences: Support our Winning Hearts Every Day strategy through genuine hospitality and exceptional food quality.
- Promote Accountability: Reinforce restaurant standards, policies, and expectations while supporting a positive team culture.
- Support Daily Operations: Work closely with Managers, Directors, and fellow Team Leaders to execute daily priorities and overcome challenges.
- Practice Financial Stewardship: Promote responsible product handling, proper portioning, waste reduction, and cost awareness.

Position-Specific Focus
Front of House Team Leaders
Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting speed and accuracy of service, maintaining a welcoming environment, and coaching Team Members in hospitality and service excellence.
Back of House Team Leaders
Focus on delivering consistent food quality, maintaining food safety and kitchen standards, supporting efficient production, and coaching Team Members in operational execution.
Compensation
Part Time: $16 an hour
Full Time: $17 an hour
