Team Member Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you are the face of our brand. Whether in the kitchen, front counter, drive-thru, or dining room, your goal is to provide a remarkable experience to every guest.

  • Hospitality First: Greet every guest with a smile, maintain eye contact, and speak enthusiastically.
  • Speed & Accuracy: Take orders and fulfill meals with a sense of urgency and precision.
  • Genuine Connections: Look for ways to make meaningful connections and anticipate guest needs before they are voiced—proactively offering assistance to exceed expectations.
  • Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a pristine environment by cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking throughout your shift while strictly adhering to all safety policies and health regulations

Requirements & Expectations

  • Diverse Experience: We value reliability and a strong work ethic. While prior experience in the restaurant industry is a bonus, it is not required.
