Team Member Responsibilities:
- Willingness to be cross-trained and work in both Front of House and Back of House positions to support overall restaurant operations
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members to support efficient restaurant operations
- Properly handle, prepare, cook and store food according to Chick-fil-A standards and established food safety procedures
- Follow all Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and restaurant expectations related to food safety, workplace safety, hospitality, and operational excellence
