A Chick-fil-A dining room host's job is to provide a great guest experience by greeting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and helping with their needs.
Hours
Saturday availability is required
- Mornings (anywhere from 5:30 AM to 3 PM)
- Afternoons (anywhere from 10 AM to 6 PM)
- Evenings (anywhere from 2 PM to 11 PM)

Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage their time, as well as multitasking when necessary
- Capable of lifting objects up to 50 lbs
- Be comfortable cleaning up spills and messes (including food/beverage spills, restrooms, bodily fluids, etc)
- Be personable and outgoing with all guests in the dining room
- Be able to prioritize responsibilities based on needs in dining room and cleanliness of restaurant
Responsibilities
- Interacting with all guests in a meaningful manner (including asking about day, how their meal is, removing trash for them, providing drink refills and offering condiments/sauces)
- Cleaning and mopping the dining room regularly
- Changing trash regularly
- Keeping up with Bathroom Maintenance (Hourly restroom deep cleaning,restocking, and any other cleaning when necessary)
- Cleaning the inside of trash cans
- Clean and sanitize tables/chairs
- Changing all trash, including outside trash as well as any trash on the property
- Cleaning windows/window sills
