Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

- Recruiting - conducting interviews.
- Wellness check ins- complaints, disciplinary forms.
- Operationally involved in daily business needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources or a related field.
- Education is required.
- At least two years of leadership experience.
- Able to provide two references.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for developing a motivated and enthusiastic team.
