Chick-fil-A Prep Team Member - Full Time & Part Time $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
The Prep Team Member is responsible for preparing high-quality food ingredients and products in a safe, clean, and efficient manner. This role ensures that the kitchen is fully stocked and ready to support food production throughout the day.
Hours
- Mornings (anywhere from 5:30 AM to 3 PM)
- Afternoons (anywhere from 10 AM to 6 PM)
- Closing (anywhere from 2 PM to 11 PM)
- Prep typically starts at 5:30 AM
- Full-time preferred, part-time available
- 30+ hours a week
- Available for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- No formal education required; just a passion for food and service!

Responsibilities
- Follow Chick-Fil-A recipes and procedures to prepare salads, wraps, fruits, and vegetables
- Maintain stock levels of prep items by accurately labeling and dating food
- Monitor freshness and discard expired items by following food safety standards
- Clean and sanitize prep station, equipment, and tools throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g, ServSafe guidelines)
- Accurately rotate (FIFO) and alert leaders about low or missing items
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team to meet daily goals
- Uphold Chick-Fil-A’s standards and core values in all tasks
Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
- Willingness to learn and follow Chick-Fil-A standards
- Previous cook or prep experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in cold prep or warm kitchen environment
