We are looking for a self motivated and results driven General Manager to direct and manage our restaurants day to day operations. Duties for the General Manager will include monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational cost, ensuring good customer service, improving administrative process, engaging with customers and accounts, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring food and labor costs.
The ideal candidate for this position should posses excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business, and strong leadership qualities.
