Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Sub-Station II \ Restaurant operations and team members and ensure compliance with company policies and DHEC requirements
- Manage food counts, ordering products, monitoring labor, maintaining inventory and increasing profitability.
- Coaching and training team members
- Assist in any additional duties assigned
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for our guest!

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
