Fair Hills Resort is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Tennis Instructor for the summer season!
Position Overview
The Tennis Instructor will provide complimentary tennis lessons to resort guests while creating a fun, welcoming, and instructional environment for players of all skill levels.
Responsibilities
- Teach 30-minute lessons for 1–4 guests at a time
- Provide basic instruction in fundamentals, technique, and match play
- Schedule lessons between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- Lead and organize two weekly tennis tournaments (1.5 hours each)
- Participate in tournaments as needed to fill brackets
- Develop and implement creative tennis clinics or specialty programs
Season Dates
June 21 – August 28
(Hours are weather-dependent.)
Qualifications
- Previous experience instructing tennis
- Competitive playing experience preferred
- Energetic, friendly, and comfortable working with guests of all ages
- Strong communication and organizational skills
