The Fair Hills dining room is a full service eatery that serves meals to on-site groups and guests. Our dining room serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily during family season (mid-June through August) and waitrons generally wait on the same families for the entire week; typically 15-20 people per meal. Outside of family season, the dining room is only open to booked groups and scheduled meals. Waitron duties include, but are not limited to: greeting guests, taking orders, busing tables, cleaning dining room, dish washing, prepping buffet lines, table setting, expediting orders, and serving food. Waitrons must be willing to assist in the kitchen, carry heavy trays, work well under pressure, and always be pleasant to our guests. Waitrons work three shifts each day during family season: typically 7:45am - 10am, 11:45am - 2pm and 5:45pm - 8pm.
