Key Responsibilities
- Create and prepare exquisite desserts and pastries to the highest standards.
- Follow recipes and directions accurately while multitasking effectively.
- Bring creative ideas and culinary knowledge to enhance our dessert menu.
- Maintain acute attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in desserts and baking within an upscale professional kitchen.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, night shifts, and weekends as needed.
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Schedule & Location
- Full-time position with 8-hour shifts.
- This position requires working during service hours (5pm-close).
- On-site work at our Chapel Hill location.
