What You'll Do
As a Custard Closer, you'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving our Fresh Frozen Custard with speed and accuracy.
- Creating sundaes, shakes, Concrete Mixers®, and other frozen treats.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked custard station.
- Following food safety and quality standards.
- Assisting with closing duties, including cleaning equipment and preparing the station for the next day.
- Working together with the team to provide exceptional hospitality to every guest.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, positive, and dependable.
- Able to work evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- At least 16 years old.

Typical Shift
Evening Closing Shift: Approximately 4:00 PM–12:00AM (hours may vary based on business needs).
