Our Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Leader's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
Position Type:
- Team Leaders: Lead the day-to-day operations with focus and excellence.
- Directors: Own and drive results in specific areas such as Training, Catering, Delivery, Inventory, and more.
- Executives: Oversee the entire business and strategically plan for the future while delivering real high-level outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 35-40 hours per week, full-time: You’re committed to the success of the team and the business.
- Availability: You’re ready to lead during opening or closing, including Saturdays 5 days/week.
- 18 Years of Age or Older: You bring maturity and responsibility to the role.
- Reliable Transportation: You show up on time and ready to work.
- Starting base pay ranges from $16-$18/hr. After training, pay will increase based on position.

- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
