We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Restaurant Assistant Manager who leads by example, supports the team, and helps drive operational excellence every shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily front-of-house operations while maintaining Southern Kitchen's service standards
- Coach and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and support staff
- Lead pre-shift meetings and assist with daily shift execution
- Ensure exceptional guest service by resolving concerns professionally and efficiently
- Support scheduling, staffing, and daily floor management
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards throughout the restaurant
- Assist with training new team members and developing future leaders
- Work alongside the team during busy service periods while leading by example
- Support inventory, opening procedures, closing procedures, and operational organization
- Partner with senior leadership to improve guest satisfaction and restaurant performance
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience required as an:
- Assistant Manager
- Lead Server
- Lead Bartender
- Lead Host
- Shift Leader
- Similar restaurant leadership position
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent guest service and hospitality mindset
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
