Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming bar experience as a professional Bartender
- Recommend beverages, cocktails, and menu items based on guest preferences
- Mix classic cocktails and specialty drinks with consistency and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar throughout each shift
- Process orders efficiently while managing multiple guests in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow Bartenders to ensure smooth service flow
- Check guest IDs and follow all alcohol service laws and restaurant policies
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and beverage handling procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender preferred
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and beverage service
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Basic math and payment handling skills
- Positive energy and passion for hospitality
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred
- Bartending certification is a plus
