Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment properly
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station throughout each shift
- Work efficiently as a Dishwasher during high-volume lunch and dinner service
- Assist with trash removal, floor cleaning, and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness
- Support cooks and kitchen staff by ensuring clean supplies are always available
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures
- Help with light prep and other back-of-house duties when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dishwasher or kitchen helper is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant industry
