Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming first impression as a professional Host
- Manage guest wait lists, reservations, and seating arrangements efficiently
- Escort guests to tables and communicate wait times accurately
- Maintain organization and flow within the dining room during busy service periods
- Support servers and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Keep the host stand, lobby, and entrance areas clean and organized
- Answer phones, assist with guest questions, and provide menu information when needed
- Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth restaurant operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Host, hostess, or customer service representative preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and guest-focused mindset
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy shifts
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
