Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, providing help as needed.
- Process payments using the cash register, handling cash transactions accurately.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills for handling cash register transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices is advantageous.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
