Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently as a professional Server
- Guide guests through the menu and make recommendations on Southern Kitchen favorites
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas
- Process payments accurately and handle guest concerns professionally
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow Servers to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant service standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server or in customer service preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Basic math and payment handling skills
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred
