Key responsibilities:
Customer interaction:
Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and
gather details about the issue.
Diagnosis and
assessment:
Analyze vehicle symptoms and determine required repairs
based on their knowledge of automotive systems.
Estimate creation:
Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs, including
parts and labor, explaining the breakdown clearly to customers.
Service scheduling:
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with
technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Communication:
Keep customers informed about repair progress, any changes
in estimated costs, and expected completion times.
Repair order management:
Create and manage repair orders, ensuring all necessary
information is documented accurately.
Upselling and
recommendations:
Suggest additional services or maintenance based on vehicle
inspection and customer needs.
Customer concerns
resolution:
Address customer complaints, concerns, and questions
promptly and professionally.
Knowledge maintenance:
Stay updated on the latest automotive technology,
diagnostic tools, and repair procedures.

Requirements:
- 3 years Automotive Service Advisor
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Extremely well organized and detail oriented
- Motivated, driven, self-starter

- $ 60,000 Yearly
