WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Inventory Control Specialist position is based at a client facility in Plano, TX.
The work environment a non-climate control, fast-paced and production-oriented, requiring prolonged
periods of standing, walking, and visual inspection. Employees may be exposed
to noise, dust and varying temperatures typical of a warehouse setting.
Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards are
essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage high-SKU inventory across sizes, styles, and materials.
- Receive, pick, restock, and maintain bulky inventory with precision.
- Set up clear labeling and locations to streamline workflow.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to keep inventory accurate.
- Optimize storage space and reduce picking time.
- Improve or enhance existing systems for long-term efficiency.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of warehouse or inventory management experience.
- Certified forklift operator – experience with sit-down, reach, or pacer forklifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Solid math and reading comprehension abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team setting
- Dependable and reliable work ethic

- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $20.00
