Branding Iron BBQ is now employee owned! We have been serving delicious BBQ to the Kansas City area for 32 years. Customers come from all over the county to experience our mouth-watering sauces, smoked meats, and daily specials. Our generous portions and diverse menu make us the go-to destination for BBQ lovers. What You'll Do:

• Welcome and greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
• Seat guests and manage the waitlist efficiently
• Answer phone calls and take reservations
• Assist with bussing and resetting tables
• Ensure a clean and organized front-of-house area

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Compensation:

• $13 per hour
• Equity in the restaurant as an employee-owner
