Role Overview
Washbay Wash Tech are responsible for completing truck washes on the company site.
Responsibilities
Completing Washbay jobs
- Complete minimum of 40 hours a week of washing, per weekly schedule
- Complete washes at a high level, adhering to our quality standards
- Be able to complete all wash types with appropriate chemicals and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols
Using company equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized washing station
- Communicate proactively with Washbay Manager if equipment repairs needed
- Be able to safely drive company trucks into the building at the end of the day
Behavioral expectations
- Be punctual - arrive on time and prepared for the shift, and be efficient on the job
- Maintain a flexible schedule, must be available to work during Washbay hours
- Communicate proactively with Washbay Manager in the event of any issues
- Maintain positive attitude in team and client interactions
- Follow the code of conduct and understand that infractions will result in documentation in employee file and potential loss of bonus
Additional responsibilities of Washbay Advisors
- Complete cash out at end of day, and be able to perform cashier responsibilities
- Run Washbay shift as requested by Washbay Manager, including ensuring each station is stocked and ready for washing, performing final quality checks, and managing team breaks
