Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, dependable Entry-Level Concrete Installer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the fundamentals of concrete installation and repair while working alongside experienced professionals.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with job site setup, including forms, barriers, and supports
- Help mix, pour, and finish concrete to meet quality standards
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Support skilled installers with placement, leveling, and finishing work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Occasionally work weekends based on project needs
What We’re Looking For
- No experience required—we provide hands-on training
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 lbs
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Basic familiarity with construction tools is a plus
