Gardner Construction is seeking a Construction Crew Member to join our team in Bloomington, MN. Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing and setting up materials.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and power tools.
- Assist in building and dismantling forms for concrete pours.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow safety protocols and assist with other tasks on-site.
- Ability to work weekends
Qualifications:
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ pounds regularly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Prior construction or concrete work experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay range: $28 - $35/hour to start based on experience.
