Lightstyle is seeking a reliable Office Clerk to support daily administrative and accounting functions at our main showroom office in Orlando. This entry-level position is ideal for someone organized and detail-oriented who enjoys working with data and supporting multiple departments. The Office Clerk will assist the Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams with administrative and data entry tasks to help keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal records
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting, Purchasing, and A/P teams
- Assist with processing invoices, purchase orders, and documentation
- Organize and maintain files and office records
- Support day-to-day showroom office operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior office or administrative experience is a plus
- Basic data entry and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage routine administrative tasks efficiently
- Dependable and able to work well in a team environment
This is a full-time position with eligibility for employee ownership opportunity and a potential raise after 6 months
