We are looking for design-savvy, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inside Sales & Retail Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting lighting, furniture, and décor that complements their design vision.
- Provide expert guidance on product features, finishes, and styles.
- Build relationships with homeowners, designers, and builders to drive sales.
- Maintain showroom displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping experience.
- Stay informed on design trends and industry innovations to better serve customers.
- Support marketing efforts, including social media content and showroom events.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for design, aesthetics, and home décor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
