Office / Back-End Support Assistant
Lightstyle is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office / Back-End Support Assistant to support daily operations at our Tampa showroom. This role is essential to keeping the office and sales floor running smoothly by handling inbound phone calls, assisting with inventory and stock monitoring, and occasionally filling in for the sales team. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing administrative and sales-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route inbound phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls related to sales inquiries, orders, and basic product information
- Take accurate messages and direct calls to the appropriate team member
- Occasionally fill in for sales staff as needed, including basic sales support and customer assistance
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office and showroom team
- Monitor inventory and stock levels and report shortages or reordering needs
- Maintain accurate inventory, sales, and office records
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams regarding product availability and customer needs
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization
- Support additional back-end or operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional administrative or sales experience a plus)
- Previous experience in office support, customer service, or sales support preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to assist with basic sales conversations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, office software)
- Attention to detail, particularly with inventory and order tracking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
