Position: Customer Success Agent
What you’ll do
- Delight customers via phone and email with fast, friendly, accurate support.
- Own the order flow: place orders, confirm details, process returns/exchanges, and provide product information.
- Solve problems end-to-end: investigate issues, resolve them promptly, and follow through so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Manage mail orders efficiently, coordinating with the warehouse for processing and tracking.
- Keep clean records of interactions, transactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Be the customer’s voice: surface insights and trends to help improve products, policies, and processes.
- Availability: flexible schedule including Saturdays; on-site in Sparks, NV.
What you’ll bring
- Experience: prior customer service/support or related role.
- Communication: clear, warm phone manner and professional writing.
- Tools: comfort with everyday computer applications; quick to learn new systems.
- Work style: organized, detail-oriented, and steady under busy, multi-tasking conditions.
- Mindset: customer-first, resourceful problem solver who enjoys learning our product catalog.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional customer service training a plus).
